IMO, this is less about freedom of the press and more about election laws because you couldnt hope to stop them if they were just reporting things or even supporting a candidate. That is their absolute right. By fundraising, they are deliberately stepping into the arena of political organizations. Its no different than regs surrounding churches who are granted non-profit status. |

Unless I'm mistaken he's not in the USA - I thought he lived/worked from Germany. I suppose they could try to block his website from being viewed here, but come on, it would be easy to bypass if you really wanted to see it. |

They lost control, and are now flatlining, so are desperately trying to gain control over the press. Notice, how none of these things, ever apply to leftist outlets? Those regulations are illegal, as Congress, does not have the power to create a single law or agency, capable of regulating religion. |
