did anyone experience any weird time shifts last night?

went up my brother's last night for a quiet drink. the ladies watched a video of a recent wedding, and i had 3 ciders and a glass or two of champagne.

Got up there about 6pm, had the first glass of champagne, had a chat, watched the vid, pleasant evening all round. had 3 ciders after that, then, next thing, i looks up to the wall clock, it was 12 midnight

'what the fuck?' i said out loudly, 'is THAT the time'

'yep', everyone said, so i pulled my phone out and yeah, it was midnight. I was baffled, honestly. NO WAY had 6 hours passed since I got up there, but i accepted it, and a taxi was booked for 1:15am for us

when the wall clock was saying 1:15, i said 'the taxi is a bit late is it?' so my brother checked the time on Sky on the TV, and the banner was reading 1:30am.

'what the hell's going on?' i said. why was the Sky time 15 minutes ahead of the wall clock? I couldn't understand it. then, in front of all our eyes, it jumped BACK to 1:15am.

we all looked at each other. My missus accused my brother of messing with the time, but I told her that's impossible, the time is controlled by the satellite, then the time jumped forward again, to 1:31am, then BACK to 1:16

they all looked at me, because, for some strange reason, i have a BIT of a reputation as a CTer, , so I just raised my eyebrow, James Bond style, and said, in a deep voice, ''expect an earthquake''

anyway, anyone else have weird shit happen last night regarding time slips?
