The parents are more to blame than anyone else.The boys did an awful wrong but they probably see it as being okay while growing up because the parents allowed it.
My mother allowed so much to happen to me before I was 14 and could run away from home that I had no idea what was right or wrong for a long time.It was like I had to teach myself to be like people were suppose to be since we wasnt.
