Send in the Gays to gentrify detroit

I used to live in Atlanta right before the housing boom and "Double-income, no -kids" or DINKS, for short, primarily homosexuals, took over several neighborhoods because of the low-priced housing stock and literally planted their flags. There were rainbow flags everywhere in certain neighborhoods and before anyone realized what was happening, property values were skyrocketing, the landscape was improving and the residents quickly changed from black to gay! Say what you want bout dem gays, but they sure know how to decorate a yard!

Gentrification is the only thing that will save Detroit. If not the Chinese, then it could be the Mecca for homos. We need to airlift them out of San Francisco and the Florida Keys. Detroit is a nice compromise.
