Any news on the May 18th follow up referendum in Luhansk?
I can't find any news about the alleged follow up referendum in Luhansk that was to take place today. It was supposed to be a referendum which asked people if they wanted to stay independent or join Russia.

WIKI: Following the results of the 11 May referendum, it was planned that a second referendum on 18 May will ask voters whether they support the existence of Luhansk as an independent state, or annexation by Russia.
