WikiLeaks was originally funded by Soros as a nearly-free way to collect and hoard blackmail material against governments and big corporate interests.

Very clever, really, as well-intentioned whistleblowers, the little guys, take all of the risks in smuggling out the info and handing it over to Soros.

If you haven't noticed, despite massive amounts of info being sent into this site by thousands of people, very little of it is ever released to the public. What is released generally has few teeth and has led to no arrests, as far as I am aware.

Well, through the process of elimnation, you have to assume it's a population that will act out violently. Ergo, it is most likely a Islamic nation. So, Saudi Arabia, UAE, or the USA.
