The philosophy behind what you have just pointed out - western education is bad, is at the very core of what I have also said many times in the past as the fundamental reasons the chaos in the world is happening now. For starters, you didn't create the language you speak in and society has pretty much given you your identity which you think is you, through language, but is really not. Holding unto this identity is akin to believing that the system created you.

Most of the world population do not understand the deep, deep underlying tones behind what the PTB are pushing in our faces with Boko Haram. What is taking place now is that the world is about to go through some very serious transformational period whereby your innate spiritual self, which most have suppressed their entire lives and which also doesn't need "western education" will come alive and guide you. Call it evolution. But because the world believes in their identities and personalities - all products of the system and as long as they hold unto it, they will be led into the NWO denying their souls, they would infect do so through this proxy of terrorism as the world arrogantly embraces western way of life and deny their souls.

Well, I hope that is true, but it's a little late. The first 48 hours are very important. It's going to be a lot harder to find them all and they have probably already been raped and or killed by now.

Yes they will. They are building that narrative.

Initially, it would be returning citizens with dual nationalities e.g American Syrians etc. And because of the scale and coordination of what is about to take place, this would be broadened to everyone who goes against the status quo. And it would be done in such a way whereby people will be given a choice to be with the system or against it and labelled as outcasts or terrorists. Most have had this herd mentality all their life but don't know this and due to this, they will go along with the PTB.

Aside from this, something more esoteric is taking place around this time and is the very reason why these events are taking place in the first instance.
