They will never learn, FM 3-24: Counter-insurgency being taught as a social science.

Here is the problem, when academics think they know eveything. When will these people ever learn? For people who think they are so smart how can they be so stupid? If you really want to know where the problem starts look at who is funding thier research and the textbooks they write. Most dont know where this all starts...a few do.
