Consider the following: "In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. The Lord went to prepare a place for us on Day 8 Month 3 Year 33 AD. [Tuesday the 26th of May 33 AD] Could He be coming back for us on the anniversary of this Date? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also..." [John 14:2,3] Day 8 Month 3 Year 6000, falls on Saturday 7th of June 2014. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 58349511 United Kingdom 05/26/2014 05:08 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Nobody told you yet.... WWIII has already been fought... It was called, desert storm... Quoting: wattsup well they do like to mess up the naming convention just to confuse people... For example, the first depression to be called "the great depression" happened between 1873-1896, however in most literature it got renamed when the next "the great depression" started in 1929.. If they'd named the 1929 one "the 2nd great depression" then people would understand the connection between economic calamity and conflict. It seems the equation is, great economic calamity is followed by rise in imperialism/expansionism and ends in a great war... I guess if they where honest, the Napoleonic wars, Seven years wars etc would fall under the title of "world wars" especially when linked to economic calamity, rise in imperialism/expansionism ending in major conflict. But then, they don't do honesty do them... a little misdirection to ensure we never learn from the past and are doomed to repeat previous mistakes.. Interesting fact: the depression we are in now is more in tune with the Great Depression of 1873 than the Great Depression of 1929, it really becomes obvious if you start looking at things like the mortgage issues between the two.. We are in an era that is more similar to the one that led to WW1 than the one that led to WW2... it is within that era that the USA overtook the UK as the economic power, much like China is doing now.. Kinda leaves me feeling we are scr*wed whatever number they call the upcoming war... |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 58349511 United Kingdom 05/26/2014 05:22 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Please let it happen. I am so sick of this mess. Nothing like WWIII to reset everything. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58028870 I don't believe there is a way off this path we are walking, it seems to equation follows the same pattern, great economic calamity, rise in imperialism/expansionism, followed by great war. I don't know when we will hit the point where the shooting starts but in every other aspect we are engaged in conflict, which is why I feel this world sucks lemons.. Interesting side issue, when you hear people say war is impossible, that we are now a global village, think on this, there was a book was written in the run up to WW1 claiming war was impossible, that they where too internationalised, Britain and Germany where each others largest trade partners.. war=impossible... Such was the power of the book "the Great illusion" it even earned a nobel peace prize.. War will always be impossible for those to blind to see, right up to the moment the shooting starts.. |

The historical parallels are obvious and scary, indeed. Perhaps the only thing that has prevented world wars so far ha been the threat of unwinnable nuclear annihilation. However, that precarious balance has now been disturbed by anti-ballistic missile technology. Some people now actually think that it's possible to win an all-out nuclear conflict. |

The notion then was that the bomber with more than one engine could outpace an interceptor and would therefore be able to strike it's target without opposition and send everyone back to the dark ages with WMDs. In the same context war becomes winnable when the interceptor becomes viable, be it the fighter then or Anti-Ballistic Missile now.. We seem to be in a landscape that is has far too many echos of war and conflict while we walk on a path heading to the sounds of the guns... [link to en.wikipedia.org] |

Be watchful...you know who you are! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58431358 you're a FUCKING IDIOT... Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living. ~ Life is about choices, you get to make them each and every day of your life. ~ Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse.~ Only in America... do we use the word 'politics' to describe the process so well: 'Poloi' in Greek meaning 'many' and 'tics' meaning 'bloodsucking creatures'.~ “When a government is dependent for money upon the bankers, they and not the government leaders control the nation.
