Re: MEMORIAL DAY BBQ: Whatcha grillin?
It's gonna be a B.Y.O meat at my place.

I'm cooking burgers. My (adult) children are bringing chicken and pork ribs to throw on the grill.
Also the usual potato salad, corn on the cob, and plenty of beer of course.

That's great that you will be spending today with your kids. My siblings and I live in different states, so we don't get together very often.
 Quoting: Dr. Ben Schillen

Doc, my advice is get with them NOW while you still can !
Soon, travel will not be permitted in the USSA.

Great to see folks are more concerned with Grill`in, then paying tribute to our Nations Fallen Service Men and Women, from all of our Countries Wars.

I'll cook a simple meal and Fly My Flag, and when I run it up the Pole and back down in the evening, I'll Salute the Colors and say a quick word to all that never made it back home.

Yes, Juggalo was a volunteer for all those deployments. Perhaps he can explain to me how Bosnia (helping stabilize Kosovo) and Desert shield/storm etc. helped us back home. Personally I wouldn't have paid for either of those actions if I had a choice, nor Vietnam, but people drafted into the military aren't responsible for the missions.

Smoking a brisket. BBQ beans and corn on the cob. Only thing better than eating it is smelling it cooking. mmmmm
