Too much bloviation and extraneous bullshit for my taste. He does like to use paragraphs where sentences would do. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58500213 I used to be a hardcore fan of SK back in the day, but I don't think his stories improve as time marches on. ^^ Don't listen to this joker, damn Brits think Emily Bronte was a great author. This was a pretty good book and one of my favortes from SK. It opens up some interesting concepts about perception and the thin veil that separates our "reality" from the next. While it's nothing epic and certainly not his best, it's worth a read! (It also loosely ties in with the Dark Tower series) 8/10 |
