Time Travel and the NWO

If time travel were invented, it is highly unlikely that only a single person would know about it. There would be at the very least, a small group of people in on it, most likely a larger group. (funding, control, admin, development, etc).

Since there would be multiple people involved, they would have to have some contracts / safeguards in place beforehand, to ensure that no matter what they did, they did not screw each other over, then dispose of the unwanted from their group. What would those contracts be? How could they enforce their safeguards? Blood family might be one way.

People are susceptible to corruption. Even the most honest people are not guaranteed to be incorruptible. Whoever has actual control over the mechanism for time traveling are the ones with all the cards. They may begin with honest intentions, but likely would be tempted / corrupted after fully realizing the potential and power they have at their disposal.

So what does a corrupted time traveling person or persons do with their new found god-like power? He takes over the world and enslaves everyone. Anything less is just fucking around for small potatoes. Greed always spins out of control. What do those with power want? More power. Total enslavement is the end result. Systems must be in place so the angry hordes of slaves never regain control.

Using this train of thought... one would tend to think, as long as you wake up every day without a leash around your neck, or in a cage, or laboring in some mine with a big dude whipping you.... and as long as there are still billions of people on Earth, time travel probably has not been invented..... wouldn't they just kill off most of the population to keep them under control?

Not necessarily.... if you are suddenly Owner(s) of the World, how do you ensure protection from the angry hordes?

Stay invisible by getting your slave population to CONSENT to their slavery. Sell them their means of commerce. Be the creator of the money supply, and charge them for it. Perpetual debt. Make sure they always owe you.

Make sure no one from the slave population ever has any real policy making power. Install puppet leaders to carry out your orders using lies, trickery, bribery and double-speak, and give the slaves a "choice" every few years to keep them thinking they are in charge. Use the media to spread your propaganda and lies in the form of entertainment, and shape & mold society as you see fit. Use fear when necessary.

Create division amongst the races, and the various "countries" as well. Conflict and war maintains the good cop / bad cop illusion. Us versus them. Blue versus red. Coke versus Pepsi. Democrats versus Republicans. Christianity versus Islam. USA versus Russia. Distraction, confusion and emotion rule the day.

Order out of chaos.
