You can get preg at GNC or any other store. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 38223060 So, DHEA, and tribulus do a great job. Read and follow the ABCDE diet. Stands for the Anabolic Burst of Cycling Diet and Nutrition....the guy was a researcher and relayed the specifics in Bill Phillips Muscle Media Magazine. There is other stuff but this should work for you. I have worked out for 30 years and have taking a lot of stuff, so I have pretty good knowledge of what works and what is gimmicky. I wouldn't mess with DHEA if you have any sense. It's a Master Hormone and has the ability, when ingested, to convert to a number of other hormones - depending on what your body may be deficient in at the time (including both T and E). Your body wants to remain in homeostasis at all times, so when you start putting things like DHEA into it, it will want to regulate the hormones and convert it as necessary to remain there. There's no guarantee that supplementing with DHEA will allow for increased T levels. It's not even worth using as a test-base on an oral steroid or PH cycle as it's that unpredictable. Want to increase natural levels of T? Focus on density training, get more sleep and reduce (not eliminate) carbs and increase (especially saturated) fats in your diet. |
