There's almost 6 million people here. Delta, Home Depot, CocaCola and tons of others are located here. We have the world's busiest airport and the worst road planning. Only about 20% of Atlantans are from Atlanta, 80% transplant population here. Kasim Reed, the mayor, is only 44, so I'm going to say he's going to be getting a promotion from Mayor. In the event of a disaster, either natural or manmade, Atlanta is completely screwed, BIG TIME. The THREAT of snow and you cannot buy milk or bread. Stores are emptied because people think they need to stockpile for two days of being stranded in their homes because of 4 inches of snow. You remember what happened this past winter when we got some snow and ice? 12 hour car rides home just to go 20 miles. People simply abandoning their vehicles. Our road system simply cannot handle normal traffic here, let alone an emergency. In the event of something like 9/11 happening in Atlanta... man, I'm glad my studio is at my home. Our transit system is abysmal and millions would be trapped, unable to escape the downtown and Buckhead areas, it would be a gridlocked deathtrap. Sanity and groceries would break down in hours, not days. Google, NSA and all those assholes are expected to be there and they are.. The mayor is a sheep in a wolf pack. There is a reason. A normal man in that meeting is not normal.. The question I'm wondering is what event are they going to target? Of course they could always just rampage anytime, because of the huge population. But I'm thinking it might be during some kind of gathering or event. I'm scheduled to go to AWA there at the end of September, but now I'm definitely having second thoughts. With my luck the big one would come, when I'm there. If there is an attack,I imagine it will happen before June of next year.Seeing as this meeting will be talking about their plans leading until early next year. |

That might be another huge potential target. The Peachtree Road Race is during the July 4th weekend each year, so it's coming up. However, I don't think it would be another marathon. From what I understand about the CDC is they have every single known, and unknown, bacteria, virus, pathogen, disease, germ, bug, contagion, you name in there as LIVE specimens for study. We're talking live strains of eradicated diseases and even 100 year of flu strains. But from what I've heard since living here is that complex is very secure. As in deep underground with failsafe neutralization / destruction of all samples on site (be aware there are other secondary sites worldwide) in the event of a disaster / invasion / Nuke / weapons strike from some other military force. No proof, just hearsay. To be honest, it wouldn't really take much to really mess up everything here. The fact the ad is suggesting the treatment of victims suggests, to me, that it's some survivable event, not a huge nuke bomb or something. You want to shut this city down? The event, I'm speculating, would need to make people fearful of getting back on the roads. Our traffic here is so God awful, anything during morning or afternoon rush hours could be mass casualty events. Anything from an earthquake to a small suitcase nuke. Man, it would be REALLY terrible. Of the nearly 6 million people here, you're looking a 3 million being on the road at 8:30am or 5pm. But the thing is Atlanta proper is relatively small in comparison to the surrounding areas, in terms of land coverage. We have tons of suburbs, many with 50K+ populations. I don't know, it could be anything really. But it would really be scary to stay here in the aftermath of any major event. RAGE |

The Årtist User ID: 44124412 United States 05/31/2014 11:59 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Also, those individual suburbs are very keen on maintaining their independence from Atlanta. So something happening in Atlanta proper that Reed needs to be informed about suggest it not really affecting surrounding areas. Atlanta proper is only about 500,000 people. The Wiki page on the metro population is about 400,000 short. There's a sign in Buckhead with the current metro population (it updates daily) and it's over 5,850,000. So when you're talking about an Atlanta event you're talking about about 11% of the metro population. However, there's a caveat to this, that population swells during work hours as people commute into work. The 4th of July activities would be a situation where there's an abnormally high number of people in the city. RAGE |

Well Georgia historically was a Slave State, so Jews, and Negroes (and Masons] are the predominant poison there. Georgia is also a notorious British Imperialist Totalitarian Loyalist State. It was named after King George of England. (Georgia) It was one of the hubs of the Jew Slave Trade for the Negro. Negroes, and especially Negro Mayors are A-Moral, and generally devoid of conscience, morals, ethics, or civic responsibility. Dangle a shiny object or a sack full of Jew dollars in front of the Negro and it drools like Pavlov's Dog? ? |

But I do think that some of those areas are a bit dubious to be considered "Metro" to be honest. Like some places would take you an hour to get to from city center with zero traffic. I'm not so certain 70-80 miles out should be considered metro. But I think it helps make the area look a little bigger than it actually is. [link to www.mathopenref.com] |

I guess the love of power can corrupt even the most 'normal' people. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 45215751 While I do like him, in thinking about it I realized he doesn't have a great sense of humor...IMO - that's always a red flag in a leader. I imagine they are briefing him on what to say and so after the event.I'm just wondering what their aims will be. Georgia just passed some big pro gun legislation a while back. It's somewhat possible there might be a huge shooting, that is then blamed on Georgia's lax gun laws. Perhaps one of the biggest shootings of all time. They have got to really push this, and have people absolutely appalled at the carnage. We're long over due for a 'conspiracy nut militia group' to go on a shooting rampage. And what better way to push gun control in a pro gun heavy state, then the mother of all gun massacres.Within the hour every libtard in the world will have their snot encrust fingers pointed at us saying "C DERE!" Yes, but the ad also refers to burn victims. I do have to agree with you. That angle makes a lot of sense. Well perhaps the 'conspiracy nut militia men' will also have grenades, pipe bombs, flamethrowers etc in addition to any 'assault weapons' they will possess. And rest assured they will be armed with plenty of those 'assault weapons' we conspiracy nuts always carry. Here's something else interesting to think about. What if they spurn the race war even more,by also making these 'conspiracy nut militia men' all white racists who specifically targeted blacks, muslims, gays, and other minorities during the attack. We conspiracy nuts already obviously can't be trusted with weapons.so why not complete the delusion the mainstream media always paints, and make us horrible, bigoted, racists as well.Maybe even say we were trying to target the mayor himself because he's black and has a Muslim name. Furthermore if they did this attack on July 4th they could claim these conspiracy nuts were running around yelling about 'taking back this country from the N****ers, fags,Muslims, and Commies on independence day.' Ending of course with the militia nuts either being killed by the police,or committing suicide to evade capture. But of course... Those militia will have to be trucked in, an overwhelming percentage of the Atlanta population aren't native hilljack rednecks. I actually see a lot of community, friendship, and respect crossing racial lines here. I mean I'm very certain there's plenty of racism here but nothing I know of in the form of organized "militia" groups. Maybe in the Tennessee / GA border area and well south of the city. But, I'm not really in the know, those groups could exist here and I'd not really know about it. RAGE |
