We all know (or more accurately, seek evidence to prove) that there are other detention centers and facilities the world over, where conspiracy theories run the range in who or what is being kept there. So them releasing 4 from gitmo is actually a bargaining chip type event. Gitmo has a lot of prisoners not convicted of any charges and are still in limbo when the POTUS was to be releasing those who weren't charged with anything. I don't think this is that major of a deal. As this can be considered "prisoner exchange" as the young guy that was just returned to American Custody is said to have walked off the base willingly. Hell, for all we know he could be a deep operative and this was the means of extracting him without tipping off the terrorists?
