sound came out of nowhere... on east coast... longest single sustained sound more like scraping noise than a thunderclap...
lasted about 30-45 seconds continuos noise.... |

was listening to matt drudge and this thing got me all upset.
Then local station goes into Emergency drill tone test... great...
Now no rain yet,,,, timing was wild if storm or something else,,,, |

East coast here too...AND I was actually just outside for the past while walking the dog. All is quiet, no big thunder/scraping noises here. |

About 45 minutes ago, my son-in-law said he heard one real loud thunder. I was sitting by the TV, so I didnt hear it. It isn't raining and the sky is clear.
I figured it was fireworks. |

unless you heard it dont think this is bs... it was real sound but different than a thunderstorm thunderclap...
trying to find out what it was
it did happen at 12:25 while matt drudge was still on radio....
then local station whent into em test tone drill.

I am on east coast and did not here anything i have been outside since 2 am viewing this red object in the sky.In fact its very very quiet outside not even grasshoppers werid. |

Hey Fifteen, is that red object pulsating different colors but mostly has a red tone to it? Does it appear to be somewhat stationary but not really? Moving up, down, left and right at times? |

I've heard thunderclaps last a good 2 minutes straight and even thougbh they are very deep and rumbly some can be sharper sounding. My guess is its several strikes within moments of each other but I guess the air thickness and reverberation can help too. |

It appears just red and blury weird because the software that came with autostar and my scope never has blury pictures .And it is moving slowly because autostar is moving with it. |
