(OP)Update: I received a call from one of our top scientists which we will name Jasons and he informed me that one of the artifacts of what is considered a
more sophisticated transplant has begun to have a low pitch come from it. He informed me nothing was done to it and hes not sure when it started. He believes It may be picking up signals from a craft or crafts that are getting closer as the pitch is increasing. He also explained it may also be interfering from several crafts gathering high above the earths atmosphere.
We are currently going on defcon 2 in 2 days as a precaution and are testing out skyking comms.
Ill keep you guys posted.
