Wasn't forcing the 10% ethanol in gas supposed to bring gas prices down?

Same bullshit with replacing cash with debit machines, was advertised as safe from theft, so much faster, just swipe cars and presto!
Meanwhile in real life, those debit machines slow down all fucking lineups at cashiers with having to double swipe cards cause card reader didn't take card properly, gotta wait for cash register to process transaction, etc...and add on all the PIN number cracking and hacking cards, just slows and screws everything up.

I wish all stores with several cashiers had a "Cash Only" cash register, but they don't do that because people would see how much faster cash transactions are, and oops, maybe some peeps would "wake up" to how slow cards are.
