1. Overwhelm the system- Cloward and Piven
2. RIF/discharge/kill any remaining members of the armed services who will not disarm or kill Americans. Fill the ranks with illegals who will happily do it. Enlistment as a ticket to citizenship.
3. Dilute, marginalize, outbreed American whites who have been the only bulwark against global tyranny the world has ever had.
4. Latin Americans and Muslims are the preferred agent of white genocide because they share certain characteristics: contempt for education and scholarship, fatalistic worldview which results in a perverse comfort with poverty, corruption, and death, and an admiration for the warlord-leader.

This is why Obama is bringing them in as fast as he possibly can. They are a weapon of mass destruction.
