Western governments know and they have been preparing for a long time.

I know that during the ww2 we were allies with Russia, someone changed it. We were not Russia's enemy even though, it was put that way. Those cold war games, were just that cold war games. We never went to war with Russia, had some interesting things that went on in Cuba but Russia moved their missiles out.

You should look at who our allies were in ww2, Russia and China, these were allies. We helped Great Britain but Russia and China were Allies. Of course Britain was a type of ally.
We had traitors over here so we kind of had them on all sides.

Well WW2 came and went, and we made it to the 60s and it was quiet with Russia but we were working with them and some competitiveness were going on, who got the first satellite, Russia and we all watch it and was happy for them. I used to watch it come over, it was a new thing, I sure wish just a few was up there.

I think there have always been factions in all countries on both sides of the issues, some do not want a new world order, trade a respect for each other is good. Help when really needed. The others have their own agendas some I would classify as insane. Other evil empire dreams of grandeur.
