Fractal Dimensional Shift and Time Travel

In my wild imagination, I wanted to ask a question regarding fractals and shifting dimensions.

So here it is with a bit of an explanation:

Think of a fractal spiral, for example, a flat snail shell in the palm of your hand.
As you look at it, from the center it duplicates to larger representations of itself and as you follow the spiral, it gets larger and larger. Pretty basic stuff.

But imagine each layer as an isolated dimension. So, let's say you are in a dimension part way up as you spiraled from the center. You are in between a smaller representation of your "dimension" (if you spiral back to the center), and a larger representation of your "dimension" (if you spiral outwardly).

My question:

What if this is what is called "time travel"? Because this spiral is replicating itself infinitely.

If a something/someone shifted from a larger dimension into a smaller one, they would be seen as "giants", for example. "Measure".

This question came to me after looking at the crop circle which popped up on a thread here this morning.
