This is a draft agreement to replace paper fractional reserve fiat currency in all the countries of the world with gold from the Global Debt Facility, so the world's citizens don't have to pay interest on country indebtedness. These were mailed yesterday to the embassies in Tokyo; an earlier draft was sent by email, and I followed up with hard copies at the request of a member of Japan's House of Delegates.

+Karen Hudes No disrespect, but I still don't get it. This draft agreement addresses cleaning up the disaster at Fukushima Daiichi. What does the Central Bank Cartel have to do with Fukushima? (Other than both are controlled by the Japanese Yakuza). How is the countries indebtedness going to curtail the mess at Fukushima? Fukushima will never go away. They will NEVER be able to clean up that mess, EVER! Our government has already agreed to burden US tax payers with the cost to clean up the mess at Fukushima. This carries little weight in trying to get TEPCO, or Japan, to pay for the damages, costs of relocating their citizens, costs to pay for medical expenses, or potential damages in the current lawsuit filed in San Diego (by US Servicemen/women who's lives were altered by radiation exposure), let alone paying for the costs to clean this mess up.
It almost appears that Fukushima was thrown into this document as an after thought.
This document appears to be written on a word document with a border around it to make it appear somewhat 'fancy'. You say this document was sent by email to embassies in Tokyo? Why? For what purpose? To try to get someones attention? The Japanese Government is bowing to the wishes of TPTB, Why would they sign such a document?

Well, Japan is already considering throwing free money at companies, who want to recycle high value metals from radioactive debris, then take the discarded recycled radioactive metals and sell them to consumers, so, no, Money alone will not solve the issues at Fukushima Daiichi…The technology needed to clean up Fukushima Daiichi, Chernobyl, Hanford, WIPP, or any other nuclear disaster HAS NOT BEEN DEVELOPED YET! The HALF-LIFE of uranium, depending on the type, can be upwards of 700 Million to 4.5 Billion years! Reactor #3 was a MOX Fuel Reactor (look up MOX FUEL). TEPCO can't even get close to it. Lets get back to the question at hand, I argue that this document you present is not an official document at all. It appears to be a piece of paper with some ideas on it. Who is the actual author? Some undercover code named person? Who will sign their name on it and to agree to it? And agree to whom? If this document, was to be an agreement that is designed to get someone to replace the fiat currency, that is one thing, however, you, or whoever wrote it, interjects TEPCO and the Fukushima Daiichi in the draft, which I again, argue are completely different issues. If anything, in the next draft, the NRC should be included. They regulate All of the Nuclear facilities, however, rather than protecting the consumers, they protect their interests, to perpetuate Nuclear Energy, and keep people from disrupting their agenda.
Furthermore, this document could never be agreed to by any one person, nor any one country. How about, you produce the actual email, who it was from, who it was addressed to, along with the body of the text sent, along with any replies received. This would be more 'official' and could perhaps be traced back through a FOIA request.
People do not want secrecy, They want the truth. This so called document is riddled with secrecy and appears to be more of a ransom demand letter, from
This code named person, whom Wolfgang Struck supposedly represents and would receive 1/4 of 1% of whatever, payable to a bank of his choice? I would think that it would be the code name person who would pay Wolfgang Struck for his services, and not Japan being on the hook for paying this individual.

+chugiakian This document implements the agreement of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF on April 14, 2014, and will be signed by the Authorized Signatory of the Global Debt Facility, Wolfgang Struck. The reason that you don't know about this is because the Banking Cartel does not want you to, and bought up all the mainstream media, and most of the alternative media. They even tried to prevent this interview from getting posted. So don't blame me that you are ignorant. As for the source of the gold, that is Ferdinand Marcos, counsel to Jose Rizal, and later President of the Philippines. Read the other posts on this interview for further info. The World Bank and IMF were specially created by Rizal to make sure that the world's gold was returned to the world's people. Struck's role is covered in the documentation on the Global Debt Facility. Struck was just offered 32 billion on a deal to sell gold at a steep discount, which would have undermined everything. He is only human and this fee is exactly what Marcos was offered to allow the Banking Cartel to get the gold. Marcos refused, and was then removed forcibly from his Presidency of the Philippines by the CIA.

The additional information you list is very informative, thanks for that. However, You still have not addressed the connection of Fukushima in this draft document. It is suggested that this Global Debt Facility is going to help with the clean-up of Fukushima. Was this an after thought? This statement is so broadly written (and poorly worded), with no forethought whatsoever. You could take every bit of the GDP of Japan and throw it at mess from Fukushima and it would still not go away!
By the way,The document states a blank __ date of June 2014, not the April 14th date you now suggest.
