Yes and what they also do not realize is that God created all the different races both male and female on the sixth day and rested on the seventh day . On the eigth day is when God created Adam and Eve .

The last things my husband I were talking about before we fell asleep last night. One of the last things I said to him before I passed out? How there were several families in the beginning and each "dogma" we have now represents one of them. Plus who knows how many lost ones? All Gods children. Yes Adam and Eve were different. Each family though had their own lessons to learn. Here we are now all this time later. Figuring it all out. It is beautiful. Amazing. AWEsome.

i could never figure out that reading from the bible that told all the "begats" down to joesph and then jesus. now, shouldn't it have been down to MARY and then jesus? since it was, you know, a virgin birth and all?

Regarding Christ calling himself the "The Son of Man" - I heard a preacher say once that back then it would have been said "Son of Adam". It is also REALLY interesting to look at the women that make up the Female line to Christ.

Cannot think where it is listed in the Bible but it is there somewhere.

It does:

* Matthew wrote on Yahushua being the King, and we see him trace Yahushua’s lineage to King David thru his only earthly parent, Mary, whose father (not husband as incorrectly rendered in most translations) was Joseph, son of Jacob. (Matthew 1:16)

* Luke, writing on the Son of Man, shows us that Yahushua’s foster father, Mary’s husband, was Joseph, son of Heli. (Luke 3:23) (There are two Josephs – Mary’s father and husband have the same first name – but one is the son of Jacob, and the other is the son of Heli. Most commentaries assume that Luke’s genealogy is from Mary, and Matthew is from her husband – this is the exact opposite.)

Jesus speaks of the Son of Man as being someone else, not him.

Beisdes, Jesus is/was the Son of God, not Man.

There are two different genealogies in the Gospels. One is through Joseph (legal right to throne) the other is through Mary (blood line). I think the other one is the book of Luke.

If memory servers they split at David's offspring. Joseph is through Solomon. Mary is through one of David's other offspring...forget the name.

It's interesting to think about how few people actually had legit writing/publishing skills back then, in travel to a "new world" you could (in theory) literally CREATE a whole history of your peoples just by presenting such a document to some new peoples in a new land and create a following with the right charisma and story...
