Well, it could be argued that since 90 percent of those killed in Gaza are non combatants what you claim and what is in fact happening are not the same thing.
The kill ratio of civilian to non combatant is 1 civilian to 9.5 soldiers to one with the Palestinian resistance and around 9 civilians for every resistance fighter with with IDF. it appears to me it is the IDF who is killing far more civilians intentionally. People put labels on others as part of an agenda and it is more often that not subterfuge. It is my opinion that Israel is a terrorist state. its "Sampson Option" is nuclear blackmail, a terror threat against the entire planet. If you examine it's history you will find it is full of acts of terror against civilians ,starting with the terror attacks on the British during the British Mandate. What it has done to Palestinians is obviously terror no matter how it is labeled.
