Most likely a hikers hoax that means nothing. Fifteen minutes of fame begins and ends after investigation.

It does not appear to have any age root as it looks as if it was carved recently .

Its a sigel, it could mean anything and its personal.

What they do is take a statement that they want to happen (like in The Secret) like "money comes to me", remove the the vowels and double letters so it would be "m n y c s t", then they turn that into a drawing.

It works for people who believe in magick (or religion) and stuff because they made their own symbol that can only mean something to them and then they went out of their way to put it somewhere. It enforces the belief.

There is another one, more organically drawn, but drawn in sticky white (not paint), weblike material. I did close ups so you can see how the taffy-pull effect goes in different directions. Some pointing off the cliff, some not.

I've been taking video of stuff falling from the sky onto the ground recently, but this is a first of having it form into a symbol-like pattern.
