WTF is a social contagen? an engram? are we doing scientology studies, again, like from the 1970s style of psycho-social politics. is it a meme? is it something called a dataset? is it a bunch of metrics?

I have a bizarre theory. If a government group is not eyeballing a group, is the group led to critical mass? the watching group is sometimes the social contagion.
