"Person" in statutes own children !! Not the live man!!

“(a) In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling, regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and agencies of the United States, the words “person”, “human being”, “child”, and “individual”, shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development.” -1 USC 8

This is my personal beliefs on the ALL CAPITAL NAME and the person. When someone is born, there are forms send to obtain a birth certificate and social security card for the child. Somewhere during the transfer of forms, a secret society member took the information and send it to an orphanage. In the orphanage, secret society members formed an individual by doing paperwork to appoint children to the ownership of the individual. My guess is that more than one individual share the same children in ownership.
The word “include” is not synonymous with “mean.” Mean is a word for substitution. For example, yellow means slow down. The word “include” is to define components in an object. For example, my car includes a muffler. If you look at 1 USC 8, it defines human being as every infant of the homo sapien species. “Every” according to Ballentine’s Law Dictionary means a collection.

Most sovereign citizens believe the “ALL CAPITAL NAME” without “INC. or TRUST” at the end of the name is a corporation. They will tell the judge that they are not a corporation or trust. The name in all capital letters without specifying the legal entity at the end is not a name of a corporation or trust. If the name is of a corporation or trust, it will have the “TRUST or INC.” at the end of the name. The individual in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS can have trustee, executor, actor, agents, etc. to execute a legal instrument. I believe the TIN man is in all capital letters. The upper and lower case name is the Strawman.

I believe the Strawman is an individual that is legally birthed. The strawman is the human being in statutes. It owns a collection of infants just like the TIN man.

“(20) "Person" includes a corporation, firm, company or association;”- Tenn. Code Ann. § 1-3-105 (2014)

“§ 43-3-6 "Person" defined. – The word "person" extends to and includes co-partnerships and bodies corporate and politic.” –Rhode Island Statutes
Many sovereign citizens believe that they are not a corporation based on the reading of this statute. They are not reading it right. In legal language, “include” can be used as to communicate a lesser object is a component that belongs to a greater object. For example, a parakeet includes a jungle. The parakeet is a component that belongs to the greater object which is the jungle. Here is another example of legal usage. The bed include in the bedroom. This is the legal maxim for the word “include.”

Tennessee code can be interpreted as a person is a component in one of these entities in partnership, membership, stockholder, etc.

I believe the secret societies registered us as members, shareholders, or partner with a law firm without our knowledge and binding us to secret wills, secret bankruptcy proceeding, trust, policies, power of attorney, etc.
If these legal instruments exist, these legal instruments are not valid because you have no consent and knowledge unless you are a beneficiary in these instruments.
When there is a legal action against you, you should ask for full disclosure of legal instrument and legal policies behind the scenes. You need to appoint yourself the beneficiaries of these instruments. The court is not just coming at your TIN man but you under probate, bankruptcy, or trust law.

Some people believe that the natural person is mankind. They are wrong. Natural persons are citizens and aliens. Someone who is a non-citizen and non-alien is not a natural person. A natural person is formed on a piece of paper.

entity. An organization (such as a business or a governmental unit) that has a legal identity apart from its members or owners.- Black's Law Dictionary (9th ed. 2009)

Mankind can pay and be pay. An entity is formed on piece of paper cannot get pay nor be pay but only discharge debt or promise to pay. The entity can have an account but the account is not payment. The person, individual, and human being have been bankrupted since 1933. So there is no money in the person’s, human being’s or individual’s treasury account at this time.
