On this Father's Day, the best gift you can give yourself, your community, this nation and the world is to teach your SON what it means to be a MAN. Teach him to throw a ball. Teach him to fish or camp. Teach him to kill bugs and hold a snake. Teach him to fix something on the car. Teach him how to hammer a nail. Teach him to do things that get his hands and clothes dirty. Teach him that 99 times out of 100, no, it's not OK to cry. Men are providers, not parasites. You will sentence your son to the inferior future of being raised by women, to think like women and to grow up expecting to be treated like women. It is these such men who are the current ruin of the free world. It was men raised by men who brought humanity from the dust and built the world. Not a single structure of any consequence was ever built by a woman. Men raised by women will only stagnate humankind's advance through time. Men are engineers, explorers, builders, ditch diggers, brick layers. We were not made to be nurses or servers at Applebee's. There is no inherent virtue in doing work lesser than your natural physical abilities allow. Be a doer. Hero's do not video crises on cell phones and then download them to Youtube. Heroes act. Some people are made for intellectual work and some are made for physical. If a guy is not a whiz at school then make sure he has skills for manual labor. And you can tell early on what type of guy you have so direct him accordingly.

LOL, I tried to teach my son how to throw and catch a baseball years ago.

He said he was ready for it. Threw baseball, not hard though, but his reaction time was slow and it hit him right in the eye.

He hasn't touched a ball since then.

Oh well, I tried.

Now we just play halo and GTA type shit.

Oh and I taught him how to shoot & fish though. He's a pretty good shot.
