This evil has to be stopped.. every single US police officer needs to be screened by board psychologists for predisposition to this behavior BEFORE being given a badge w a gun.. this HAS TO BE STOPPED!! BALTIMORE (WJZ) — It’s a shocking case of animal cruelty at the hands of a Baltimore City police officer. Officials with the department say the officer assigned as an EMS responder slit the throat of a missing seven-year-old shar pei. Rochelle Ritchie spoke with the dog’s owner, who plans to take legal action. Police say they have no evidence the dog showed any aggression toward that officer. The owner says the dog was not vicious but lost and scared.
