Underground Explosion Reported Near Farmer’s Market in Fairfax

An underground explosion near the Farmer’s Market in Fairfax has knocked out power to the some surrounding areas Friday morning.

The blast was reported at about 8:29 a.m. in the 6300 block of West Third Street, according to Katherine Main of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
