Strange thing happened at the dr

Does anyone notice weird behavior from drs since obamacare? I first noticed it when they got their new computers and went paperless, then last sept I was at a dr and they said they needed to take my photo to put it on their national database. I declined... Then last week I went to my general dr for a checkup and they asked me if I had a will!!! I asked them why would they need to know that, they said it's a new standard question in their computer systems...
