EMP means all 220 nuclear reactors go fukushima which will fubar 1/2 the USA and the rest of the planet too. They want those commanders gone because they fear that when the people rise and run them out of office, and they run away to Europe & Asia, they want to be able to buy time to build the UN army of the beast to hide behind.
