A MARRIAGE may have in fact began with Adam and Eve, and been "created" from God, but sorry to say, it's morphed into a legal and binding BUSINESS contract. Pure and simple. So...the Bible, while you and I may "believe in it", simply gives the historical background to it. It doesn't mean that that is what it IS now.

Get over it. Gays are going to marry. And they're going to have that same right regardless of what the Bible says because marriage is NOT what THE BIBLE SAYS. It doesn't apply anymore. It's changed. The "wisdom of man" has changed it. And too bad. As Christians....shrug your shoulders and go live your life better and love people and blah blah blah. Period. There's nothing more to argue about. Get over it. We are wasting energy and brain power about this topic.

What we SHOULD be worried about is the government telling churches or religions they HAVE to marry gays. THAT is the real line in the sand folks. THAT is where you push back and defend against the tyrants. If there are priests and pastors that want to do that on their own--fine. If the gays want a marriage and a wedding...fine. Go find your own "tolerant" person to marry you--and have a GREAT time and great marriage. More power to you.

But you come knocking on my church door DEMANDING you be married in MY church, or worse, start using your "hate crime" or "homophobe" bullshit to start to bully churches and religions....you're gonna get a fight. A REALLY BIG BAD FIGHT. I guarantee it.
