The interesting thing about this video is that there is a relatively wide awareness of embedded subliminal messaging. And there is just enough of a delay to make one notice it in this video, to make it a "secret" but in reality it is not a secret that there is something there. In other words, to flash apparent imagery causes one to stop and go back and LOOK. In doing so, looking, the message is more than delivered. In trying to discover and uncover a secret, which is not a secret, causes this "look what I found", this sort of sense of accomplishment in uncovering, discovering, revealing.

And it bolsters the image. Making the image important.
