America - A nation that rewards and helps and honors the bad guys and casts good people aside

It's usually the right that is 'tough on crime'. Libs usually just want "programs" to "rehabilitate".

But it didn't have to be this way and good people should NEVER be treated as though they do not matter.

They want nothing more than "human passions unbridled by morality and religion". Is there anyone that they hate and despise more than any that would stand up for morality and religion?

These are the times we live in.

According to the most recent Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR) to Congress, in 2013 there were about 610,000 homeless individuals in the United States, 215,344 of them living unsheltered. Nearly one-quarter of all homeless people were children.

One in 45 U.S. children experience homelessness each year.

Many cities--primarily those in California, New York, Texas and Florida--have actually seen a recent increase in child homelessness. But the Obama Administration has not addressed this issue. Rather, it has been almost entirely focused on acting in the best interest of the migrants in the U.S. illegally.

Almost all of the facilities where the Obama Administration will house minors apprehended at the border are located near metro areas with significant homeless problems.

In San Antonio, for instance, hundreds of immigrant children are being provided with comfort and benefits at the Lackland Airforce Base. Children and teens brought to Lackland will be provided with education, foster care programs, and "behavioral treatment centers." The projected cost of such programs, as well as the cost of the housing, has not been disclosed to U.S. taxpayers. Meanwhile, there are almost 3,000 homeless people in San Antonio every day, according to the charity Haven for Hope. The average homeless child in the city is just six years old.

Similarly, a Baltimore-based Social Security office building could soon be used to house hundreds more of the border children. But on any given night there are 3,000 Baltimore citizens who experience homelessness.

In March 2013, a homeless "community" underneath the Jones Falls Expressway was bulldozed, leaving many without any housing options.

In early June, a facility that can hold 600 of the migrants opened at Port Hueneme in California. Port Hueneme is located in Ventura County, where there are about 1,700 homeless adults and children, according the Ventura County 2013 Homeless Count and Subpopulation Survey.

As thousands of illegal immigrants are provided with taxpayer-funded food--some of which was reportedly thrown in the trash--hunger among U.S. citizens also remains an issue in some areas of the U.S. According to Feeding America, the nation's leading domestic hunger-relief charity, 49.0 million Americans, including 15.9 million children, lived in food insecure households in 2012.

The Obama Administration has made it very clear that it will use any resources available to do "what's in the best interest" of each migrant child.

Our time is coming. Have faith and don't play their game

An American worker, male or female, mundane job, 5 days a week, 40 hours per week.

They have bills and expenses, some have spouses and children, many have medical needs, and assorted other financial obligations.

They live on a budget as best they can and they worry every single day.

They don't get a new car every year, they don't travel the world, they don't buy a new wardrobe every season, many have no savings for the future.

They just show up for work every day, on time, and they work hard, get few to no benefits, are allowed maybe two breaks per day and typically 30 minutes for a meal.

And they are treated as though they don't count, they don't matter, their hard work is seldom rewarded, no one applauds them or gives them a standing ovation, they are not pampered or catered to, they are not idolized or worshipped by the public, no one writes stories and articles about them, no one offers them more and more opportunities to make more and more money.


Two examples of pay:

$10 per hour x 40 hours = $400 per week

minus taxes (approx) $80 = take home pay: $320 per week

Monthly pay: $1,280



$20 per hour x 40 hours = $800 per week

minus taxes (approx) $160 = take home pay: $640 per week

Monthly pay: $2,560

Capitalism when unbridled by any sense of morality and loss of religious character has led to an "anything goes" ethos that says winning means getting the most money. It doesn't matter how you do it, just that you do.

People who are honest are taken advantage of by nearly everyone, often even by friends and family. Good traits are beaten out of many who have never been taught any sense of ethics. Any inherent desire to help their fellow human is ridiculed and derided as weakness.

Despite religion losing ground and laissez-faire capitalism in full bloom some goodness remains and grows. We can only hope it's enough to overcome the overwhelming tide of evil being unleashed around us.

Well, it's always been said that "there is power in numbers" -

Unfortunately, good people have ignored that philosophy, while the bad guys and special interest groups with counter-productive agendas have taken it and are running wild.

Their is power in the truth , their is tremendous power in standing up for what's right

I absolutely believe that too, about power in truth and standing up for what is right . . . but American society is now "structured" to place more emphasis on numbers, it's all about "quantity over quality".

That's proven in a starkly practical way via the MSM and by social media - look at how things like FB and Twitter are being used by the worst of the worst - from the ignorant sheeple to terrorist groups. Those are powerful platforms now for organizing criminal activities, recruitment, support of worthless ideas, or just rallying for trashy celebs or some "dreamy" convicted felon. And then too often the MSM steps in and only furthers the agendas.

Of course, in some rare cases, social media is used for the good, but overall,the media and social media are very powerful and dangerous tools that are being used by some very powerful and dangerous people and entities.

I don't know, I frankly don't have much faith in today's youth. Of course there are exceptions, but the 20-30 crowd seems abundantly self-absorbed and apathetic, and everyone under 20 is so inundated with technology that they're like programmed robots, with little to no understanding of how to interact as productive citizens.

As much as I want to believe that things in America can be turned around and "we" can step up and take back our country, I think it's more reasonable to accept that it's all too out-of-control. And I maintain that the MSM and social media are the primary facilitators of bad, evil, and destruction.
