I've been tested twice for HSV2 (herpes 2) since using the device. That's how I know all the HSV tests just detect antibodies in the blood and not the virus itself. Once you have herpes you'll always have antibodies in your blood.

Herpes is skin to skin transmission mainly during an outbreak, but possible without an outbreak. Some shedding of the virus is possible in saliva.

Condoms would only address the issue if on the penis. Any outbreak in the pubic area will transmit.

A good antiviral supplement like garlic with activated allicin (not any garlic) like advertised by Deagle, Rense, or GCN or RBN will work.

A good full spectrum herbal immune support with Andrographis, Eleuthero, Olive Leaf, and Echinecea has shown to diminish outbreaks.

Take L Lysine daily. I take 1 to 2 grams day.

For an uninfected partner, olive leaf extract has been referred to as a herpes vaccine. Add an antiviral like an allicin garlic when together.
