I might have in the past. Does this one talk about alternate fuels (as in hydrogen, etc) and air frame redesign for fuel efficiencies. I think it admits that hydrogen would be worse in regards to persistent contrail formation than fossil fuels.

Please explain to me how water vapor added to an atmosphere saturated with respect to ice wouldn't create a cloud. With your high IQ and diverse knowledge it should be quite easy for you to disprove persistent contrails.

What I found interesting:

1. Today’s aircraft are designed for more than 15% improvement in fuel burn than comparable aircraft of a decade ago, and will deliver 40% lower emissions than aircraft previously designed.

2. Most of the gains in air transport fuel efficiency
so far have resulted from aircraft technology improvements.

3. Historic trends in improving efficiency levels show that aircraft entering today’s fleet are around 80% more fuel efficient than they were in the 1960’s (60% prior to 1990), thus more than tripling fuel efficiency over that period.

4. Aircraft designed in the 1990’s were based on metallic structures, having up to 12% of composite or advanced materials. In comparison, the A380, which has been flying since 2005, incorporates some 25% of advanced lightweight composite materials generating an 8% weight savings for similar metallic equipment.

5. Multiple engine upgrade programs have been achieved in
the last decade that delivered up to 2% fuel burn improvement( e.g. CFM56-5B Tech insertion, V2500 Select One,
Trent 700 EP, GE90-115B Mat’y, etc.)

6.Thermal Efficiency: higher operating pressure ratios (OPR)
are targeted to improve combustion, and some engine cycle
refinements are envisaged. All this must be balanced with the potential risks of increased maintenance costs, and weight and/or drag due to engine complexity in an overall context of maximum reliability. (future, not yet happened)

Most of the report is about what they predict and are trying to implement in the future.

That's a claim with zero supporting evidence. Also, evergreen was an aerial firefighting company. And don't you think all aircraft should be guarded and secured? Especially such large planes? Why do you accept everything from a supposed whistleblower as truth? Why trust him/her but not those of us who understand contrails?
