Dick says to expect a FAR WORSE attack on American soil in the next decade. What makes this statement any different from predicting doom?

look at it like this. Clinton's approach to foreign policy ~ ignoring it basically ~ earned us 9-11.

Obama's approach ~ apologizing, lowering defenses, encouraging and allowing extremists to grow and move about as they want ~ going to be 9-11 times 11.
