BRREAKING: The American Mormon Church Ex-Communicates Famous "Female Ordination" Activist Kate Kelly...
I just heard a news report on The B.B.C. World Service concerning the sudden ex-comunication of famous member and activist Kate Kelly by the American Mormon Church.
Kate, a tireless campaigner within The Church Of Latter-Day Saints for more equality for female members and who was the leader of the push for "female ordination" in the Utah Church establishment, told the B.B.C. that she was "very shocked" by the Church's harsh decision, today.
She also said that she believes the conservative faction of the Mormon establishment itself is behind the ex-communication due to her challenge against the status quo at highest level of the religious organisation.
An all-male jury at the Church organisation found her "guilty of apostasy"...

ICELANDIC NOTES: I've known other women like Kate Kelly with the Church Of England ranks who embark on simillar crusades to "bring reform" and bring the English church "into the modern era", but in every case I've known the woman in question has always displayed the classic symptoms of having been under a strong delusion and totally out of touch with Biblical truth. Anyone with even a basic grasp of how a Christian Church is meant to be ran knows so, too. You see, every case that has ever been made to push for such "modern reforms within the establishment " has been Biblically baseless and un-warranted within the Church which was established as complete by God HIMSELF 2,000 years-ago.
I am the LAST persn to bash women who question the status quo of anything, but when a case is being made that is diametrically-opposed to God's Church structure then it is foolish for a person to support it.
Kate Kelly needs to leave the stupidity of Mormonism, anyway. I hope she hears the true Gospel and repents and becomes a member of the true Church.

Please post us a link if you can find one because my Droid is rubbish...

She thought the Mormon church might recognize women as spiritually equal to men....the men thought she was trying to get her own following going....told her to get lost.

Ahh, no that's not their doctrine at all. Women are not priests, she can't get past that. It written in "stone". Something that happen to agree with them about. I would go into it but I'm there is a good Morman or two to explain. It's not PC and it's very specific.
