1 Timothy 3:16

King James Version (KJV)

16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Colossians 2:9

King James Version (KJV)

9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Funny how you also choose, not only to understand Scripture, but also to ignore all the the other verses affirming God is One. Jesus is the Messiah, not God. God is one, not three. Trinitarianism is a heritage of Rome, and the Greco-Roman and Babylonian pagan mystery religions. You can pretend to be separate from Rome all you want, but trinitarians are still daughters of Rome, adhering to the pagan doctrines invented in Roman ecumenical councils.

I think you mean the Catholic Church? Much of the Catholic practices are not biblical!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 59644025

Catholics cobbled together the NT. It's their book. Hello, anybody hoooome?

Hello!! Not true!!

The Roman Empire made Christianity the official Roman religion but did not create Christianity. They created a counterfeit version of Christianity to control the Roman sheeple maybe but they did not create true Christianity!!
The early years of Christianity was based in Jerusalem.

True Christianity is not a religion it's a personal relationship with the living GOD through Jesus Christ in prayer!! Not some Roman Catholic Church Club that sheeple run to every Sunday!!!

Do you honestly think you know anything about Christianity that was not filtered through the Roman Catholic Church, yes it existed before them, but the New Testament did not, they created, hence where are you getting your teachings....

Wake up your version of Christianity is simply your way of not having to question the world around and try to fit in to your community even though you know it is a load of BS.....

Re: Is Wicca evil?
If it's not a relationship with Jesus, then it's just another religion. Religion doesn't bring you closer to God. Neither does magic or sorcery. Only engaging in a one on one relationship with Jesus does. And you must test the spirits that come to you, that they come in the name of Jesus, representing the Holy Spirit, and Father God.

Answer: Anything that lacks a relationship with the Creator, Jesus, is empty and chasing the wind.

I see you're still ignoring clear-cut verses and try to make some verses mean things they don't. Just like the RCC does. I adress your verses, you ignore mine; that's because I don't fear the truth. Are you seriously going to claim that the trinity wasn't invented by Rome? The pagan roots and the ecumenical council starting with Nicea by the pagan Roman Emperor Constantine is well documented. Trinitarianism started in Greco-Rome through Persia and Babylon. Not in Jerusalem. The early followers of the Way were not trinitarian. And why would they be, God is obviously One, just as Scripture says. What would be the incentive of digging for heresies between the lines?

Who is the Father according to you? Why is Jesus powerless without the Father, doing only his will and purpose? Is Jesus the Lamb in the Book of Revelations or the One seated on the throne? How about the so called third person of the trinity. The Holy Spirit is obviously not a person separate from God. Are we chosing to ignore this to?

Ahh but I know different. It absoulutely will happen on this Earth. It is the Golden Age to come. Just waiting for more to get it. At some point more will get it than don't and it will be ushered in. In our lifetime more than likely. I have known this for 37 plus years now. There will be a point where there is no denying it. Even those who think they know have been blinded. Self included. The only thing I know for sure without any doubt is what is to come and what I have yet to experience but know that I will in the time constraints created by this existence. I know what is coming. Nothing to fear. We are closer to the end of great fear than the beginning. Once of many deceptions. Things that people believe are just beginning are closer to an end.

The game is played by those who want it to end. LOL. It does not end. We move forward. We even get to the point in humanity where we populate "outer space."

We are right where we are supposed to be for this point in a century. The beginnings are always a little rough. Things need to change. We need to dump the bad from the last century and bring in the new. Happens every time. Every Century.

The thing I never seem to understand with people who want out of this existence. They know how easy it would be to get out but they won't do it. Why do they want out in the first place? Too much work. Why don't they get out? Too scared. Too much work. Physically and spiritually. To want out seems weak. Quitting. Stay and fight. Preserve and Protect.

Do you really want out or do you just not want to do the real work it takes to stay here to make it what it was supposed to be?

Therefore, it had to style itself as a religion on the model of Judaism and Christianity.

I see you keep ignoring clear-cut, straightforward verses and cherry pick only the ones you like, how convinient. The trinity is of well-documented pagan origin. It's not monotheistic and it was grafted into Christianity by Rome. The one Jesus is calling Father is YHWH, the Most High God, and God is ONE.

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. Deuteronomy 6:4

Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Proverbs 30:5

The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Psalm 12:6

"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Mark 12:29

In vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. Mark 7:7

God is spirit John 4:24

God is not a man Numbers 23:19

God is not man [...] or a son of man Numbers 23:19

"But who do you say that I am?"

"You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God."

"Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven"

Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels? Matthew 26:53

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever John 14:16

But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Mark 13:32

For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother. Matthew 12:50

"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Matthew 7:21

By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me. John 5:30

"Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done." Luke 22:42

And no, Jesus isn't the Word (Logos) in John 1:1 either. And the plurality you think you see in genesis is pluralis majestatis and the translation of the word elohim.

Come on, friend, use your logic here. If Genesis even remotely suggests a plurality, don't you think the Jews would have picked up on it by now? The word used in Genesis is Elohim, and Elohim have a plural suffix form but can also denote a singularity - look up pluralis majestatis, royal we, and its usage in semitic language. Elohim have many meanings in different context, it can mean god/gods/deity, divine powers/host, force, judge; The Most High God is frequently called Elohim, but also false gods, false idols, Moses and even the Children of Israel.

Re: Is Wicca evil?
I have some good friends that are wiccan. They definitely are not an evil bunch - actually if anything they are a bunch of bunny huggers. The believe that the earth and creation should be taken care of (not bad thinking). They don't believe in Satan at all, in fact they believe Satan is a Christian made to scare the people into worship.
I don't think I have ever heard or seen a bit of mean or ugly come from any of them
