Yes, read Dr. Judy Wood's book, "Where did the towers go"?
She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a M.S. in Engineering Mechanics, and a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering Science.
And yes, she claims it was not a collapse from impact and fire.
Her book is a must read.
