Yeah, so... This particular thing with the name of the bears has been bugging the hell out of me.
I just went searching to find a vintage cover of one of the books with the spelling as I remember it... no dice.

I know that it was spelled 'Berenstein'!

Normally, I don't go in for the alternate/parallel universe thing, but this one's got me bugged.

I have a name that is spelled the tradiitonal way, but more people spell it differently. No matter how many times I write it the RIGHT way plenty of people still see my name exactly how they "expect" it to be. And live in their reality, completely oblivious to how my name is actually spelled.
