I've been in Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe for two months, and although being no fan of mouthy negros,I gotta tell you that the cops here are totally off the hook.They also have a reputation, according to EVERY local I've talked to, for picking on anyone who is unable to defend themselves, charging people with the maximum of charges, and meanwhile let the hood rats and illegals run wild because they are too chickenshit to do real police work.

Cops have hand held scanners and drive through parking lots of bars and restaurants to see who's got a past dui or a medical marijuana card and then sit at the edge of the lot and tail people as they leave.
I know a girl who got a dui for driving on prescription pain meds.
She got jail time and court ordered classes and fines although she hasnt had a drink in 2 years.
It's going to cost her a couple grand.
Could fill a book with the shit I've heard.
