Something weird flew over my house............Nor Cal

Military. How close are u to any bases?
I live in south jersey within 30 miles of Dix/McGuire/Lakehurst and we get up to three dozen low flying craft passing overhead, sometimes directly over the house as low as 300'. Most are the black-bottom white jets, but also full grey jets, jets with the orange/blue tail fin, blue capped tail fin, and various copters including parallel twin rotors, inline twin rotors, attack choppers, black copters, and even the rare plane with a big radar dish on the bottom. The copters usually fly in tandem; and the lowest jets often run in sequence, sometimes flying past then making a short circle and coming by again one after the other.
Many times they are so loud the rumble will rattle my shelves. I have seen many light patterns, too many to list. Well over a hundred. They even change sequence mid flight. Sometimes it's only red lights, maybe with one white light on the nose. I've seen then with green on one wing and red on the other, green and yellow on the wings, red n yellow w/ white running lights, multiple colors and placements with mixed steady/flashers.
We're also in the path of several major airports and a lot of small ones, so there's also a ton of commuter and personal craft going by; those keep to a much higher altitude though. The obnoxiously low ones are almost exclusively military, along with police/fire/medical/emergency or other agency/institution craft.
Never seen a drone though. From what I've herd if they're even here they fly very very high out of visibility range.
Don't have an answer to what they're doing or why they're behaving like that, unfortunately. I don't ask, and nobody is offering to explain.
I can tell you that they are not all mundane craft up there. Some percent are definitely rather unusual. I've seen and heard what seemed a normal jet pass over clouds and project a circular shadow onto them. Middle of the day and there was no mistaking it. Very sophisticated camouflage, can only speculate about that one.
Also seen other peculiar cloud stuff, like dense clouds in a distinct square/triangle/circle that sit independently from the rest of the clouds or linger in place while other clouds drift. I've seen round holes in cloud cover where previously there were no holes. Blackish clouds mixed with normal white clouds; those are common, but don't remember them at all from years ago.
There's weird stuff going on up in the sky. I'd love to have the explanations. Whatever it is, it's serious enough to be kept hush, and I've learned not to go around digging into it. At least theres a semi-anonymous forum like this where i can comfortably communicate with clear and honest people about such things.
