The highest court in the land can not be overridden by any law congress or president on constitutionality. Only the court can change the ruling.

only a veto of a president can be overruled with enough votes in congress.

The president will be breaking the law.Executive orders are not for law making.

otherwise roe vs wade would have been executive ordered years ago.

Rich people hide behind corporate facades so if something bad happens they cannot be personally sued . Then in a case like this they say it effects their personal religioud beliefs.
