Anyone else not in projected path of hurricane have a weird feeling? (Jersey Shore)

I almost never make brownies from scratch. After sandy hit I was eating delicious homemade brownies for a few days, and they were one of the few things that I grabbed when my house started filling-up with water.

I didn't evacuate in time and when everyone else was leaving I was making those damm brownies and telling them that I would catch-up with them later. The city that I live-in went under martial-law for about nine days after that,with stupid "check-point Charlie's" at the border of each little town and the bridges and I didn't evacuate off the island 'till about day 7.

Hurricane Charlie was on 813. Richard Chaney was 183. Blame it on him if there is any damage. Nobody had nothing to do with it.
