On THIS site, I only see women bashing.

I agree, not all men are that bad. I have been with my husband now for 20 years, sure he ticks me off sometimes doing stupid things, but usually an hour later he is back to his old self.

However bashing of women should also stop. I have seen so many threads about women in here it is pitiful.

The movie 'Gravity' had a nice story about a strong smart man who did better and knew better than the woman, and the woman was a sniveling, uncertain, stupid wreck who couldn't do anything right unless the man helped her.
So that's one example of the media portraying a white man as strong and wise. Of course as a woman that made me hate the movie quite a bit.

From the beginning of time man has taken care of and provided for their families. It forms their pride and identity. What we have now is unnatural and if you dissect this country you will see that most of the burden for supporting all that we are and all that we have is on the backs of white men they work their butts off and instead of applause all they get is blame...

i believe the model of a strong father bringing in the bacon and the mom staying at home works well

let's face it..women are better fulltime with children and are important and children need moms at home because what is a mother but the soft presence which makes the home a safe place for a child

children also need that strong presence of a man to give another side of things...a strong example..somebody going out and bring home the bacon...boys need that especially
