A couple of possibilities

1 the stupid slave race has simply bred beyond optimal numbers

or

2 your witnessing evolution at work and are about to witness a great culling of the stupid and weak.

Im just postulating but my guess would be that evolution did not/does not occur at a steady pace but rather accelerates with times of extreme difficulty and hardship.

Right now things are comforatable and easy especially for those of us in the west even total imbeciles are breeding
that is doomed to change as it is not sustainable.
