SURPRISE-------> obama decides NOT TO SEND ILLEGAL CHILDREN back home to their country.
President Barack Obama is holding off for now on seeking new legal authority to send unaccompanied migrant kids back home faster from the Southern border, following criticism that the administration's planned changes were too harsh.

A counter rumor that these children are being sacrificed in satanic rituals should be spread through Latin America.

Republicans are blaming Obama for the thousands of children crossing the border and being detained in the U.S. Republicans couldn’t wait to get in front of a camera to claim that the president was responsible for all of this.

And they’re partially right. A president was responsible for this. In fact, it was the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Re-authorization Act that helped redefine how we handled undocumented immigrants from countries other than Mexico and Canada. Under this act the law requires that undocumented children from other countries be handed over to the Department of Health and Human Services to be cared for. They’re also given legal counsel and advocates to explain how to seek asylum or other ways to stay in this country.

So when children from Central or South America come here, this act requires that we care for them.

But I’m not saying Republicans are wrong for blaming a president for passing such an act that possibly encourages immigrants from non-contiguous countries to come here.

They’re just blaming the wrong one. See, this act was signed in 2008 by President George W. Bush.

Any ward of the state is subject to experimental medical procedures being done on them. They can have medical procedures done on them without their consent. This means, even if the procedure is not part of their treatment or benefitial to them at all, they must endure it.

The light side of this might go like this:
A ward of the state child might have to endure medical students learning to change diapers or insert and removed nasal gastric tubes and catheters, even if the child does not need these devices.

Justina's law is seeking to overturn this and make it illegal for medical students to force children to endure unnecessary medical procedures just because some students need to practice on live humans.

Justina was taken away from her parents on the word of one inexperienced doctor and forced into a psychiatric ward to be treated for a mental condition she did not have. Then she had to endure many unnecessary procedures while she suffered a misdiagnosis and was not be treated properly for a physical condition she did have.

It was only after her story went viral that anything was done for her, and this was sixteen months later.

If this can happen to her, it can happen to anyone. Even illegal children.

Bush's Act allowed them to get a hearing.

Obama's act told law enforcement to not enforce the law... HUGE difference

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (“DACA”) is a memorandum authored by the Obama administration on June 15, 2012. It was implemented by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano. It directs U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to practice prosecutorial discretion towards some individuals who immigrated to the United States as children and are currently undocumented.

" prosecutorial discretion"

Bush's Law:
Subtitle B—Assistance for trafficking victims

Sec. 211. Assistance for certain nonimmigrant status applicants.

Sec. 212. Interim assistance for children. ( 90 Days, may qualify for Gov benefits IF they have a visa pending)

Sec. 213. Ensuring assistance for all victims of trafficking in persons.

Nothing in there says they can stay

Mexican children that cross the border can be sent back in as little as 48 hours. Children from other South American countries have to have a guardian named and a hearing scheduled to see why they immigrated to the U.S.. This is the direct result of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Re-authorization Act that helped redefine how we handled undocumented immigrants from countries other than Mexico and Canada signed into law by George W Bush. Now it takes months to deport these children. The Obama administration is trying to work with Congress to amend this provision so the process can be streamlined. Obama IS enforcing the border but you will NEVER hear this on Fox News or your beloved Breitbart.

Maybe, the whole point of the "immigration act" by Obama, is to test experimental drugs on them, and use their blood to keep the RICH, young. Who knows they could even get on the black market for their organs.

The lucky ones will join the military or find their families already living in the United States.

Yeah that's real surprising.. shocking even..

But really this has all been in the planning for some time now.. Why they wrote that law back in 2012, for all this..

wait till he opens all the prisons and turns all the inmates out.. it's coming, already happening.. heard something about it just today..

This is the transformation of the country he was talking about.

Again, he says one thing to the American people then does the exact opposite behind our backs.

I'm afraid this clown's gonna do some serious damage to this country in the next 2 years that we won't be able to recover from. (in addition to the damage he's already done)
