As the sound was cutting in and out for me (until the last 8 or so minutes) I didn't hear him use the word amnesty, but he used another one several times (which escapes me) if he just gets "__________" granted/passed - did he mean his request for the ADDED amount of millions to 'facilitate help' for these illegals? That was my take on it.
